Saturday Hiking Club

About the Club

Group hikes around San Diego, often in nearby hills and mountains.  Good for aerobic and lower body conditioning as part of staying fit – exercise is the miracle anti-aging drug!  We will run into some wildlife: deer, coyotes, roadrunners, red-tailed hawks, rabbits, quail, etc.

Recommendations

Good attitude.   This is fun.  And cheap!

Hydration. 

A snack.

Sneakers can probably work but you may like something a little sturdier.

Sun protection.

Hiking poles are optional but the pros like them, especially for going downhill.
